HIGH ALTITUDE SAFETY
We know it’s important!
Guidelines
- When you come into the park you will see the set of rules and safety guidelines at reception and on the approach to the bounce arena.
- These rules are designed to keep you and others safe while using the park.
- Here are also guidelines on how to use each activity in the park safely, these can be found throughout the park itself.
- Please read & understand these rules as the court monitors are strict with them to ensure everybody has a fun & safe time with us.
- There will be court monitors on court during every session, they are there to enforce the rules & anyone found breaking the rules will, in the first instance, be told what they have done but if they continue with any form of unreasonable behaviour, they will be subject to dismissal from the park & not be able to attend another session for the rest of the day.
- If someone’s behaviour is deemed extremely dangerous the court monitors & management reserve the right to exclude them from the park with immediate effect.
Safety brief
- The safety video is viewed before every session in our briefing room. Everyone must watch with no exceptions, even if you have seen it before. The safety brief is a 5-minute video and goes through the rules of the park.
- All equipment is inspected daily by trained staff and all precautions are taken to reduce the risk of injury but if something does happen while you’re at the park the majority of staff our first Aid trained with all senior members having under-taken the 3 day Emergency First Aid at work, there will always be someone nearby to help if an injury does occur.
- Trampolining is a great way to have some fun and burn some calories but with any sport accidents can happen. In the last 12 months we’ve had over 50,000 people through our doors and no major incidents, this is down to our highly trained and vigilant staff, but we also need you to do your bit to make your stay with us fun and injury free.
Waivers
Everyone who wants to enjoy the trampolines must have a current waiver form on our system.
This can be done when placing a booking.
Anyone aged 18 years and older must complete their own waiver form and anyone under the age of 18 years must have a waiver form completed by someone aged 18 years or older.
We do advise that you complete your waiver prior to your arrival as you could miss out on some of your jump time while you fill the waivers forms in.
No waiver = No bouncing!

We take your safety seriously
At High Altitude, your safety is our number one priority, as well as ensuring you are all having fun! Bouncing on trampolines is categorised as an extreme sport and can be dangerous. As such, it is important for all participants to understand the risks and to follow set rules and safety guidelines.
Always remember to bounce within your own ability.
Rules and guidelines
Our rules and guidelines are designed to minimise the risk of injury to both yourself and others. You will see our rules displayed near the bounce area, as well as being told about them in our safety briefing video.
High Altitude court
High Altitude court monitors will also be ensuring that the rules are adhered to in the arena. Any participant endangering themselves or others will be given an appropriate warning. Any subsequent offending behaviour will result in the participant being given a red card, where they will be sent off the bounce area and not allowed to return to any session that day. If an action is considered extremely dangerous our High Altitude monitors reserve the right to issue an immediate red card. Our monitor’s decision will be final.
Injury free
We want all of our bouncers to have a fantastic, fun-filled experience and leave feeling exhilarated! We, therefore, do everything we can to reduce the risk of injuries associated with trampolining. We have designed a highly robust bounce area structure which has been independently tested. We train our staff to the highest standards and will continue to research the market to always ensure we always use the best quality equipment. As well as our scheduled maintenance program, properly trained staff perform both daily and weekly checks on all equipment to ensure safety.
Waiver form
We ask that all participants over the age of 16 years complete a waiver form before entering the bounce area. A parent or guardian must complete a waiver form for any participants under the age of 16 years. Please note that you may be asked to provide valid photo ID on entry. Waivers must be filled out completely and correctly with all information required for them to be valid and allow bounce area access.
Unfortunately, there are NO EXCEPTIONS to the rules. NO waiver = NO bouncing!
