High Altitude

About Us

It’s more than trampolining

High Altitude Trampoline Park, proudly family-run and located on Whiffler Road in Norwich, has been delivering active fun since 2021. After reopening on 17th May 2021, we’ve continued to expand our offerings, introducing exciting inflatables in 2023.

Our goal is to provide a safe, fun, and inclusive environment for all ages and abilities, making fitness engaging for everyone.

It’s about more than trampolining.

We’ve developed a robust school programme to inspire children to step away from screens and enjoy active, fun-filled sessions. High Altitude isn’t just a place to bounce—it’s where families and friends can connect, get active, and embrace a healthier lifestyle together.

Our team

Our staff mean a lot to us. Without all their hard work and dedication, we couldn’t do what we do. We invest in our staff training to ensure that they are fully prepped on how to provide the best experience in the park no matter your needs.

Most are basic first aid trained, and several have completed further training.

We pride ourselves on our friendliness, helpfulness, and approachability. All staff are passionate about what they do which really adds to the overall experience at High Altitude.

Snack and relax

Whilst the kids are bouncing around in our park, relax in our Cafe overlooking the Trampolines so you can still keep an eye out.

You can take in all of the High Altitude action from the comfort of our seating areas.

Downstairs gives you a great view of the trampoline court, where you can enjoy a wide range of fresh coffee or fair trade organic teas, as well as tasty freshly made lunches and snacks while the bouncers do their thing.

Free area for under 5’s

Upstairs the house of play lounge is perfect if you’d like to catch up with a friend over tea and cake while your little one lets loose in our dedicated soft play area!

You can see all of the trampoline court action and still enjoy all the tasty food, drinks, and snacks from our café downstairs.
