I’m pregnant, can I use the trampolines and inflatables?
For safety purposes, we do not allow pregnant people to use the trampolines or inflatables. However please do take advantage of our court-side café where you can observe all activities.
Do parties and private hire include inflatables?
Yes, at no extra cost.
If under 4s must be accompanied by an adult on equipment, is this at an additional cost?
For the purpose of health and safety, we require those under the age of 4 to be accompanied by an adult. Due to limited capacity on site, all accompanying adults require a purchased ticket for the relevant session.
Is there an age limit?
No, there is no age limit. But there are age-appropriate sessions. For example, parent and toddler sessions are for children under 5, under 10’s sessions are for children under 10 and freestyle sessions are for children 4 and over.
When can I use the inflatables?
Anyone can use the inflatables during their standard session times. For example, toddlers can use the inflatables during a parent and toddler session, jump n lunch or under 10’s session.
Will I have fun?
Seriously? What a silly question. ? Trampolining is one of the most fun activities you can do!

Is jumping good for me?
Yes. Trampolining is one of the best forms of exercise there is!
Is there a weight limit?
Based on the trampoline manufacturer’s safety standards, the weight limit for an individual jumper is 17stone / 108kg. Our policy is to recommend that anyone with individual weight-related concerns consult a physician and receive medical clearance for rigorous physical activity on an unstable surface before engaging in trampoline jumping.
Do you have lockers?
Yes, we have lockable lockers and plenty of space for leaving shoes and coats safely. These are chargeable at £1 per locker.
Can I bring my own food?
Due to food health & safety, no self-catering is allowed at the venue. (Excludes birthday party cake.) Our Altitude Lounge offers an extensive great range of fresh hot and cold refreshments. Have a look at our brilliant lounge menu.
What do I wear and are there changing rooms available?
We recommend athletic clothing with some stretch. Preferably tracksuit bottoms and sports tops, girls/ladies should avoid wearing dresses without leggings and loose tops. Our socks with grip are compulsory for hygiene purposes and to avoid slipping. These are added to your admission fee the first time you visit and are then yours to keep to be used again at all subsequent visits. There are no changing rooms on site.

What time should I arrive for my booking?
We ask that you arrive at least 20 minutes before your jump time, this will allow us time to check your waiver form and get you in the safety brief area before it starts 10 minutes prior to your bounce.
Is my booking refundable or transferable?
We require 28 days notice to provide a refund for cancellations. Any cancellation occurring with less than 28 days and more than 7 clear days notice will be offered a transfer. Transfers are only valid up until session start time.
Do I need to book?
Booking is advised, its slightly cheaper and secures your session in our busy periods. However, you don’t need to book and can pay on the day if there is availability.
Please note, spectators do not need to pay. You only pay if you are bouncing.
Jump slots start on the hour and we need you to arrive at least 20 minutes before your jump so we can check your waiver forms and in time for the safety brief which commences 10 minutes prior to the jump.

Freestyle 4 and above
* Please note- any under 4s will always require a paying adult.
Is there car parking?
Yes, there is! During our Peak times our car park can become choco-block but don’t worry, we have other options. You can ALWAYS park at the Mercure Hotel just at the bottom of Whiffler Road. No ticket is required for Mercure Hotel parking.
