The pass is valid for all Freestyle, SEN, Under 10’s & Parent and Toddler sessions. Under 4’s require a paying adult or a VIB membership holder for supervision.

Where can I purchase a membership?
Though our online booking system HERE or in our High Altitude venue.
What is included in the membership?
The membership can be purchased at an annual or monthly fee. The membership includes one hour daily jump time, exclusive access to membership-only perks, and discounts!
What is the cancellation policy?
The annual pass is a one time payment and doesn’t auto-renew. Cancellation for our monthly pass is 28 days notice but it must serve a minimum 12 month term.
How many times can I visit the park with my membership?
The membership includes up to one hour visit per day.
Does everyone in the family need a membership?
Not everyone in the family needs a pass but if you like to bounce as well it may be worthwhile.
Do I have to sign a waiver for every visit?
No, once the waiver is signed this will be valid for one year.
When does my membership expire?
The membership will expire a year from the date of purchase.
Can I pay cash for my membership?
Cash payment is available for the annual membership however monthly membership must be done via card payments.
