Note: These terms and conditions affect your legal rights. It is therefore important that you read and understand them.

High Altitude Limited is registered with company number 09348389 and our registered office is at 91 Whiffler Rd, Norwich NR3 2AW
High Altitude Limited will be referred to as High Altitude, We or Us throughout this document.
The recreational services include participation in trampolining, inflatable assault course and basketball and use of our soft play facility.
By purchasing a ticket from High Altitude, you agree that the supply of High Altitude services and any participation in High Altitude activities by you in the leisure and fitness activities is subject to the following terms and conditions:
You acknowledge that the leisure and fitness activities are dangerous with many inherent risks and hazards and as a consequence, personal injury and sometimes death may occur. You voluntarily assume and accept all such risks and waive the right to sue High Altitude for any personal injury or death in any way whatsoever caused by or arising from participation in such activities;
Trampoline Area
You cannot participate in the trampoline leisure and fitness activities if you are under 4 years of age, unless you are accompanied on the activities at all times by a parent or a responsible adult guardian. Those aged 4 to under 13 are allowed on the activities unaccompanied but must be supervised by a parent or responsible adult in the park at all times.
Those aged 13 to under 18 are allowed unaccompanied and unsupervised.
The minimum age is 12 months of age for all activities. The weight limit for an individual participant is 17 stone and those that are pregnant or postpartum by less than 12 weeks are not permitted to participate in the activities. High Altitude recommends that those with weight-related concerns should consult their health services provider and receive medical clearance before engaging in trampoline jumping.

High Altitude Soft Play
- Maximum age 5
- Must be accompanied by an adult and at all times. We do not provide supervision of children.
- Number of people in soft play area is not to exceed 5
- No food or drink in the soft play area
General
You must comply with all signs or other directions of High Altitude. High Altitude may suspend or cancel your participation in any recreational activities in its absolute discretion for non-compliance with these conditions, or for reckless or careless conduct. Any abusive behaviour towards staff members or other customers will not be tolerated and you could be asked to remove yourself from the building.
Images and (or) video recordings may be captured of you or any other person(s) within your party / group by photographers and (or) videographers appointed by High Altitude.
If you would prefer not to be photographed / filmed, or have any questions relating to photography at High Altitude, you must notify a member of staff at your earliest convenience.
Customers and visitors are also permitted to take non-intrusive photographs and (or) video footage at High Altitude, subject to the additional terms outlined below. High Altitude reserves the right to stop images and (or) video being taken by customers & (or) visitors at any time.
Please note: Images / video taken by those appointed by High Altitude or customers / visitors may also capture persons in any area within High Altitude, whether they are the main intentional subject, or unintentionally captured in the background.
You acknowledge that:
- Whilst within the fitness and activity areas at High Altitude, images & (or) video will only be taken within designated park Safe Zones.
- Only photographic equipment that can be carried securely on your person and that does not affect your or others ability to use the leisure and fitness facilities safely, is permitted.
- You must only use socks approved by High Altitude.
- Food or drink must not be consumed whilst engaging in leisure and fitness activities.
- Smoking, consumption of alcohol and chewing gum is not permitted whilst engaging in leisure and fitness activities.
- You will not be allowed to participate in any leisure and fitness activities if reasonably considered by High Altitude to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, but subject to the non-excludable consumer guarantees implied pursuant to the UK Consumer Law, in no event will High Altitude or its employees or directors be liable in respect of any claim for any indirect or consequential loss or damage including without limitation personal injury, financial loss (such as loss of profits or use of capital or revenue or otherwise), or for any punitive, exemplary, special, incidental or consequential loss or damage whether such liability arises in contract, tort (including negligence), equity, breach of statute or statutory duty or breach of any consumer guarantees.
This disclaimer constitutes the entire agreement between you and High Altitude in relation to your use of our website, and supersedes all previous agreements in respect of your use of this website.
This disclaimer will be governed by and construed in accordance with English law, and any disputes relating to this disclaimer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
General Cancellation & Refund Policy
NOTE (1)
The Party Cancellation and Refund Policy terms differ to the General terms outlined below. Please refer to the terms outlined in the Party Cancellation and Refund Policy if you have a Party booking.
Feedback Process
At High Altitude, we are dedicated and passionate about delivering an exceptional service to all of our customers whether it be prior, during or even after your visit. At High Altitude, we understand and appreciate the importance of all feedback and welcome ALL comments regarding your visit.
To ensure we are able to deal with your feedback appropriately please contact the email address below within 4 weeks of your visit to our venue. We regret that we are unable to assist with any feedback after this time.
All feedback should be sent to info@highaltitudepk.co.uk and please include the following information in your email:
- Your full name
- Your postal address
- Your contact number
- Booking reference number or proof of purchase
Please be advised that it may take up to 14 working days to respond to your feedback, this may be due to any investigative work that would be carried out.
High Altitude is committed to saving our environment and will therefore only accept feedback via email.

Delivery Policy:
We provide our service to you, at our site, at the time you have booked, whether or not the booking was made through our web-based services or directly at our premises.
Socks that are ordered on-line are to be collected from us when you visit our premises.
Gift Vouchers:
Gift vouchers ordered on-line are issued with an e-voucher which can be exchanged for the gift card when you visit our premises. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months after which they will expire.
All credit card details are entered on a secure page and are transferred using the SSL encryption method.
Lost Property:
Users are responsible for the security of their belongings while on the premises of HA. Lockers are available for their convenience. HA bears no liability for any lost items. However, we do maintain a lost and found service; unclaimed items will be donated to goodwill after one month from the date of collection.
